Rhys’s journey into real estate started with a promise—to live up to the values his Pop instilled in him from a young age. At just 16, Rhys was taught that owning a home was one of life’s greatest achievements, and that belief has shaped both his personal goals and his professional path ever since.

Before joining 4one4 Property Co., Rhys worked as a pizza delivery driver—an unlikely stepping stone that gave him an intimate knowledge of Hobart’s streets and suburbs. What started as a job became an unexpected asset, helping him navigate the local property landscape with ease and insight.

Rhys thrives on the variety real estate offers—no two days are the same. Whether he’s negotiating deals, solving complex challenges, or offering fresh, innovative ideas, Rhys brings high energy and focus to everything he does. He’s known for being a go-getter: driven, determined, and always working toward the best result for his clients.

Outside of real estate, Rhys is a passionate musician and has been playing guitar since the age of six. He finds joy in rhythm, creativity, and a good riff—values that mirror his approach to life and work. He’s also a film buff (ask him about Trainspotting) and dreams of sun-soaked homes along the Greek coast.
