With this home having a lot of extensive work required 4one4 Property Co worked with the owner in ensuring objections could be removed prior to contracts being exchanged. This was done by employing a building inspector to look over the property and provide us with a full detailed inspection report that could be provided to buyers upfront.

We then suggested that a short and sharp campaign would best suit this property due to the location of the home being in the popular suburb of Moonah.

Finally, we suggested launching the home on Monday and trying and build as much excitement and anticipation around the property leading up to Saturday’s open home where we would provide everyone with contracts along with the building report and inform them offers would close on the following Monday for the owner’s consideration.
