She’s ready to turn the page, start a new chapter, and fulfill her childhood dream. Like a seed nurtured for years, her life-long dream of seeing life in the real estate lens has grown into a lovely fruit-bearing tree. And now, she’s ready to climb up to the top!

Always open to new ideas, the latest addition to our growing family believes that life is a continuous learning process. With her outgoing personality, she always dares to rise above life’s challenges and finds something fruitful to take with her.

Joining in the brightest family of 4one4 Property Co. is the lovely Paige Richardson!

One of the misconceptions that Paige thought about real estate is that the industry works in a linear mode. Surprisingly, she had witnessed upon starting her professional life in the field, that the work of real estate agents is diverse and complex–contrary to what she expected. She initially had no idea, too, about Business Development Management per se, but her enthusiasm and eagerness to learn took her to where she is today.

Before she decided to try her luck in the line of real estate, Paige has worked as a Receptionist where she happened to sharpen her communication skills. Prior to that, she completed and received her certificate in business. But, things could go from zero to hero. Realising that staying in the reception side wasn’t really her cup of tea, she decided to push through with her childhood dream: to work as a real estate professional.

When the right buttons for conversations and connections are pushed, exciting opportunities arise. This was the summary of her take off to the industry. Paige is actually dating the nephew of our very own Business Development Manager (BDM), Jo Strange, and coincidentally, she became the bridge which she later crossed and became her assistant.

Since everything seems new to Paige, Jo took her to all the corners of real estate and business development. As a natural fast-learner, Paige has picked up everything instantly and she now enjoys working alongside Jo. 

Her day-to-day tasks include going to rental appraisals with Jo, helping the girls in the Property Management Team in entering condition reports, putting a lot of properties in the PropertyMe, and dealing with sending out details to potential tenants, to name a few. Intricate attention to details and staying on top of everything are just some of Paige’s main roles, and she sees having good people and communication skills as the key to be successful in her role as an Assistant to the BDM.

Even though she finds her job fulfilling, she admittedly stated that among the things that challenge her the most include remembering all the details about the tenants and properties that they are managing. But, as a fighter herself, she’s getting there–managing everything perfectly.

Her role requires a lot of effort and can be tricky at times, so when she’s not caught up between her monitor and her documents, she makes sure to spend her spare time with the special people and things she adores the most. 

When she’s not working, as an adventurous person, she usually rides her Dirtbike, especially during weekends. She finds it fun and she always looks forward to an enjoyable weekend. Another thing that keeps her company when she’s alone is her puppy which she just got recently. She spends most of her free time (even after work) at the dog park or at the beach bonding with her adorable pet.

While she seems to be an animal lover, she equally has friendliness when it comes to people. She likes to socialise and communicate especially to the dearest and closest loved ones and friends she has.
