About Shaun.

More than a profession, he sees real estate as his greatest passion. What was once started from a quick chat, became his way to create meaningful conversations. His fun personality served as his key to unlock the door of some FUN-tastic property journeys.


Before he earned his expertise in sales, he first started to sharpen his skills when he worked in an industrial sector as a branch administrator and sales. One of his good friends introduced him to the world of real estate and Shaun never regretted giving it a try. His training in his past role gave him an overview of the battlefield that he was about to conquer--and he’s killing it right now! Not only did the negotiation skills that he has been practising ever since had helped him, but also his honed mastery in communication which later became his companion. 


Most of the time, Shaun is consistently contacting people to get possible listings. With his role as a Sales Consultant, helping out people to become successful in their property journey is what he likes the most. His ultimate reward is disguised as the smiles painted on the faces of his clients. He feels extremely fulfilled when everything seems to work out: the vendor gets a competitive price for the property while the buyers move happily in their newly purchased home--it’s a ‘win-win’ plus another ‘win’ (for him) situation. 


While he’s always willing to help anyone in need, Shaun still likes to relax when he’s not doing real estate stuff. With his few hours of spare time, he makes sure to make the most out of the time, in the best way he can. He finds watching a bit of footy and cricket therapeutic, aswell knocking down a few pins and chasing a strike Ten Pin Bowling. 


Thinking forward, Shaun’s future plans in the real estate industry includes getting more contacts as he could to constantly build his database which he considers as his little avenue which he can always look back to. In return, he could get more people into his circle, which he can eventually guide in their respective property journeys.
