We got into this industry to re-design it- shake up the expectations and turn it on its head. Forget suits, forget fancy cars and fast-talking agents; 4one4 Property Co. is here to show you our way; the way which hands the power of the real estate industry back to you. Our Origin story begins back in 2006, since our humble beginnings we have grown from a small team of three agents to a team of more than twenty; we transact millions of dollars worth of property every year and manage over 800 rental properties across the Greater Hobart area.
In-house, we design marketing strategies, produce podcasts, develop publications, create content, print signage, design apparel, build buildings, style homes, landscape property, host events…. and anything else you need us to do; why? Well, Because you ask us to.
We don’t brag about our services to impress you (unless it helps *wink) but to help showcase that family like yours right across Hobart and Australia, connect and trust us daily to handle their greatest asset.
