Her path into real estate wasn’t traditional. With a degree in Hospitality Management, Abbey initially imagined a very different future. But after meeting her husband Patrick—whose dinner table conversations often circled back to real estate—her interest was sparked. That curiosity evolved into a calling. Over fourteen years later, Abbey has gone from newcomer to industry leader, mentoring others through the same journey of discovery and growth.

Today, Abbey oversees the development and wellbeing of one of Tasmania’s most dynamic property management teams. No longer tied to a personal portfolio, her focus is now firmly on empowering those around her. From onboarding and training to strategic leadership, Abbey brings a hands-on, people-first approach to everything she does. She lives by a quote from Sir Richard Branson: “Train people well enough so they can leave. Treat them well enough so they don’t want to.”
