Steph came to 4one4 Property Co. from a male-dominated background in automotive sales, bringing with her a natural talent for connection, calm communication, and customer care. Originally exploring the idea of real estate sales, she quickly discovered her strengths were a perfect fit for property management instead.

Now, as a Portfolio Assistant, Steph is the steady hand behind the scenes—supporting inspections, coordinating communication between tenants and owners, and keeping the small (but important) details on track. Highly organised and quietly efficient, she’s become a go-to support for the team and a key part of making each portfolio run smoothly.

People are at the heart of everything Steph does. Whether she’s helping a tenant with a concern or backing up a teammate on a busy day, she approaches every interaction with patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help.

Outside of work, Steph can be found hanging out with her mini dachshund, Cino—often at Sunday dachshund walks around Hobart—catching up with friends over lunch, or unwinding in the kitchen baking pastries. Proudly half Polish, she has pierogi in her DNA and a future trip to Poland high on her bucket list.
