Whatever the weather is, Patrick is exactly the ball of sunshine you need to put your property in its best possible light. Above everything else, Patrick believes that real estate is about helping and bringing two people together.

Growing up, Patrick’s world has been revolving around the real estate industry. His family’s business exposed him to this field which made him enthusiastic about entering its space. His early experience in the industry was when he started doing some reception work for his dad in his previous agency. But, the brightest highlight of his real estate career sparked when he stepped in the doors of 4one4 Property Co. in 2007 (which was 4one4 Real Estate then) and he has been rocking the real estate industry since then. If selling properties takes one to different places, Patrick is probably close to travelling the whole world. He admits he likes to do his job differently. He’s not a typical suit-wearing agent most of the time, but utmost professionalism can still be witnessed from him. He likes to do it a bit casually, though, so people won’t be intimidated by his presence. Plus, he feels he can connect more personally with people without trying to be grand, but rather more comfortable.

As one of 4one4 Property Co.’s Directors, Patrick oversees all the departments inside--Sales, Property Management, Marketing, and Admin. He knows how everything works which keeps him equipped with any changes in the real estate industry. This enables him to be more knowledgeable and adaptable to any updates, assuring less to zero conflicts in handling properties. With his over 14 years of experience in the real estate industry, what he considers as his greatest achievement, so far, is the fact that every year, 4one4 Property Co. enters the REIT Awards which can give you a pass at the national level and by far, 4one4 Property Co. has won 2 international awards already: REIA Innovation Award and REIA Medium Agency of the Year.

In his spare time, Patrick likes to go BMX racing and mountain biking with his family. Not only does he see these as a breather for work, but these hobbies also help him find the right direction and focus on what he’s doing whether inside or outside of work. During weekends, he shared how his car is loaded with bikes for everyone. He likes going outdoors--especially somewhere close to nature. He finds it quiet and peaceful while he’s around with the most wonderful people in his life--his family. While most of his friends would probably describe him as someone who talks too much facts and sometimes tries to jerkingly make fun of people, Patrick is a good friend you can count on. 

Even if his family and relatives speak fluent real estate language, Patrick was hesitant at first to take the same road. But even his guidance counsellor when he was in his 11th year knew that this was what he’s meant to do. Just a fun fact, when Patrick took this test that helps the guidance counsellor determine or give you an idea of what you should do in your life, Patrick’s score clearly told him that real estate was the career that he should pursue.
