About Kristy.
With over a decade of experience in real estate and a career journey that began unexpectedly back in 2013. Starting out on reception to help her sister during maternity leave, Kristy quickly discovered a passion for property and people that has kept her in the industry ever since.
Moving into Property Management, Kristy found her calling in solving problems, supporting clients, and guiding her team. What drives her most is the human side of real estate — helping families, easing stress, and being the person others can turn to for solutions. For Kristy, it’s never just about the property, it’s about the people in it.
Outside of work, Kristy is dedicated to family, fitness, and football. A passionate AFL fan, most weekends you’ll find her at a footy game, cheering on from the sidelines. That same energy and empathy carry into her leadership, where she focuses on connection, problem-solving, and always striving to be better.
