With his combined skills in marketing and communication, Renz proved his way to becoming an awesome Portfolio Assistant. He started his career in real estate in 2019 when he joined our Team at 4one4 Property Co. Without any background in real estate when he began, he used that as a motivation to familiarise himself with the language of the industry. Now, he speaks fluent property management stuff in handling various clients and as they often say, the rest is history. 

Prior to becoming a cool real estate guy, Renz worked as a Sales Executive in an Automotive Company for nearly two years. As the first job he landed after graduating with a degree in Marketing Management, this served as his stepping stone in advancing his career.

Outside the work setting, you’ll meet a sporty version of Renz who used to play volleyball, but due to the current restrictions, he now enjoys binge-watching series at home during his spare time instead. He also loves music (and music, fortunately, loves him, too!) Just a fun fact, he was once a member of the University choir in his college years.

His friendly personality constantly helps him in dealing with people--may it be at work or outside. Renz finds his experience at 4one4 Property Co. essential in his career growth. He finds the littlest of things rewarding especially when he’s successful in assisting his clients in their application process, maintenance, renewals, and the like.

Currently, Renz is in the process of broadening his knowledge and expertise in Property Management while creating meaningful relationships with his clients. He always accepts challenges and never gives in, because he believes that “every setback is a set-up for a great comeback”.
