Just like her love for fashion, she always ensures things are well-coordinated and organised. Similar to the ever-changing trends in style, she also has various interests that put chic colours in her life. But one thing remains constant: real estate is the runway she wants to walk to.

Prior to starting her career with 4one4 Property Co., Queenie has already sharpened her real estate skills for years. She began as a Marketing Officer for a real estate developer based in the Philippines. While her previous role was a bit different from what she’s currently doing, she still finds her experience valuable–most especially with the fact that she was trained to communicate with different people.

Working as an offshore employee, Queenie’s day-to-day job includes supporting the Sales team and providing them with their marketing needs. She works on signboards and Matterport, edits some artworks for publishing, and performs other administrative duties. While there is no similar day with her role, one thing that makes her fulfilled is meeting the standards of Aaron, 4one4’s Marketing Head. Receiving positive feedback from him reassures and affirms her that she’s on the right track, doing the right thing.

What she takes as the greatest struggle, on the other end, is the urgency of some of her tasks. Whilst she consistently works to be on top of things, she finds time-sensitive duties the most challenging. Despite that, she looks at this fact positively and instead searches for ways to improve, moving forward.

When she’s not working, you’d most likely find Queenie playing some mobile games or perhaps, listening to music–mostly K-pop. Yep, she’s a total fan of anything Korean to the extent that she wanted to learn their language. Another cool fun fact about her: she actually dreamt of becoming an actress or at least part of a Korean production set (how cool is that?!).

Apart from that, she’s also fond of reading inspirational books and she makes sure to spare herself a quiet time every day to reflect on things. She’s also part of a life group or a support group in her church which she looks forward to meeting every Thursday or Friday for some catch-up talks and small conversations.

What Queenie loves most about 4one4 Property Co. is the team’s unique and fun approach to real estate. As a matter of fact, what sealed the deal for her to work here was Pat’s personality during her interview. She described Pat’s smile as contagious and she felt she could have fun while working here (and she wasn’t wrong at all).

Apart from her Team’s weekly meetings, Queenie is looking forward to finding growth as her role constantly evolves through time. Until then, she enjoys her everyday work while throwing some jokes and punchlines every now and then.
