Tillie Erickson brings good energy, genuine care, and a real team-first attitude to 4one4 Property Co. Joining the business in 2026, she was drawn to the role by the people, the honesty, and the feeling that this was a place doing things a little differently.

Before real estate, Tillie worked in Early Childhood Education, completing both her Certificate and Diploma along the way. It gave her a strong foundation in communication, patience, and connecting with people, all of which now play a big part in how she shows up at 4one4.

As Assistant to Brooke Hall, Tillie is all about helping things run smoother, keeping the moving parts moving, and being someone the team can rely on when the pace picks up. She is outgoing, curious, always up for learning, and loves being part of an environment where people back each other and pitch in when it counts.

Outside of work, Tillie enjoys spending time with family and friends, heading off camping, 4WDing and fishing, and planning future adventures. New Zealand holds a special place in her heart thanks to her family ties, and if a line dance happens to break out somewhere along the way, chances are she already knows it.
