Connor Bennett joins 4one4 Property Co. as Personal Assistant to Damien Hollingsworth, bringing a calm, steady and people-focused approach to the team.

Beginning his real estate journey in 2025, Connor has quickly developed an appreciation for the role communication, preparation and trust play in a successful property campaign. After all, great real estate is built on more than signs, photos and open homes. There are plenty of moving parts behind the scenes, and that is where Connor comes in.

Working closely with Damien, Connor helps keep things organised across client communication, campaign support and the important day-to-day details that make the selling process feel smoother for everyone involved. Calm under pressure and always willing to get involved, he is focused on making sure clients feel informed, supported and looked after from start to finish.

Before stepping into real estate, Connor gained experience in a range of roles, including time spent as a casino dealer. It is not your typical pathway into property, but it gave him a pretty handy skill set. Reading the room, staying composed, paying attention to the little details and connecting with people from all walks of life are all part of the job, and those skills now carry through to the way he supports clients and campaigns at 4one4.

Connor describes himself as a connector, someone who values genuine relationships and long-term trust. He believes great service starts with listening properly, communicating clearly and being the kind of person others can rely on when things get busy. It is this grounded, people-first mindset that makes him such a natural fit for the 4one4 team.

Outside of work, Connor has spent much of his life around the water. Born on the Gold Coast, fishing and water sports have long been part of who he is, and even his work before real estate included hands-on experience in the pool industry. It is a practical background that reflects Connor’s willingness to roll up his sleeves, learn quickly and keep moving forward.

With a positive attitude, calm nature and genuine interest in helping people, Connor is focused on finding his flow in the industry while supporting Damien and their clients every step of the way.
