At the 2025 REIT Awards for Excellence, 4one4 Property Co. was recognised across three major categories—Residential Sales Team of the Year, the prestigious Innovation Award, and a proud individual honour for Aaron Murray, who took home the Sustainability Leadership Award.
It wasn’t just a win for our team. It was a celebration of everything Glenorchy, Moonah and the northern suburbs stand for: grit, creativity, and doing things our own way.

Sales Team of the Year? You Bet.
Twelve agents. One shared goal. Over the past year, our sales crew has worked with focus and purpose, setting clear monthly targets and hitting them across 11 of the 12 months. From first-home buyers in Berriedale to high-end listings in Lenah Valley, the team have shown what’s possible when ambition meets structure and support.
The team also grew this year, with four new additions bringing fresh energy and talent into the fold. Two of those were brand new to sales, mentored from day one and already making their mark. Another brought with him years of experience—not as an agent, but from the inside of realestate.com.au, Australia’s largest property portal. He joined 4one4 to take on the challenge of becoming a top-tier agent himself—and he’s hit the ground running.
Backed by 4one4 Media House and powered by tech and trust, the results speak for themselves. But it’s the culture that really sealed this award. Regular lunch and learn sessions, internal coaching, and a team mindset that asks not “what did I get today?” but “what are we building together?”

It’s faster, smarter and more transparent. And it’s already raised the standard of service for our clients, especially sellers who now get clearer, more collaborative marketing conversations.
This wasn’t about ticking an “innovation” box. It was about making life easier—for our agents, and more importantly, for the people they represent.

Of course, we need to talk about Aaron Murray. If you’ve met Aaron, you’ll know he’s not just a top performer—he’s someone who leads with heart. Winning the Individual Sustainability Leadership Award wasn’t just a nod to his sales achievements, but to the way he does business: with care, forward thinking, and a long view that includes people, planet, and process.
Aaron’s leadership on energy-efficient homes, ethical renovation support, and client education continues to shape how we operate and mentor. And yes, he’s quietly chasing a $1M GCI goal—but never at the expense of doing things the right way.
