Out of the five categories we’ve submitted, our team at 4one4 Property Co. is immensely proud to announce that we made it as a finalist in all those five categories for the 2022 Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT) Awards for Excellence! 

The REIT Awards for Excellence aims to encourage and promote the best practices and champion excellence in the real estate profession. It is an opportunity to celebrate and appreciate the industry’s achievements and recognise the most outstanding practitioners at a state and national level. 

This year, a total of 20 categories are presented where 9 of them are agency-based and 11 are individual awards. We were able to submit 4 entries for the agency awards and 1 entry for the individual category. 

Agency-wise, we are among the finalists in the Innovation Award, Marketing and Communications Award, Residential Property Management Team of the Year Award, and Large Agency of the Year Award. To complete the list, our individual entry was under the Business Development Manager of the Year category highlighting our superstar BDM Boss’, Joanne Strange, achievements and milestones within the submission period.

The awarding ceremony for the 2022 REIT Awards for Excellence is set to take place in Launceston this coming weekend. Our fellows Abbey, Paul, Robyn, John, Chris, Aaron, Martin, Mikayla, Grace, Taylese, Joanne, Paige, Demi, and Georgia will grace the prestigious event and represent the whole 4one4 Property Co. family.  

Patrick Berry, Director of 4one4 Property Co., shared how rewarding for the management is to witness the team attain their goals and aspirations. “As an agency, we are so proud of what the team has achieved in 2022 and hats off to our team for working so hard throughout the year,” Patrick expressed. “To those attending, enjoy the night and good luck,” he ended.

As reflected in the guidelines set by the Real Estate Institute of Tasmania (REIT), “Eligible REIT winners may choose to make a nomination for the REIA National Awards for Excellence categories at their discretion. There may be only one entrant from each of the member REIs nominated for each award category.”

“Since 2007, the REIT has presented the Awards for Excellence in line with the National Awards for Excellence conducted by the Real Estate Institute of Australia (REIA) to highlight the achievements of Tasmania’s real estate leaders.”

The Tasmanian Government is as well consistently committed to supporting the real estate industry in Tasmania to continue to create clarity for buyers and sellers with how the market runs in the Apple Isle.

With the winners yet to announce, we want to send our biggest congratulations to the whole 4one4 Property Co. team for making it this far!!! Your hard work, excellence, and commitment have been the very pillar and strengths of the agency–and it all pays off.
