There are nights where you get to dress up, clap politely, and enjoy a nice dinner. And then there are nights where
your name is called on a national stage.
For 4one4 Property Co., last night was the latter.
At the 2026 REIA National Awards for Excellence, also known as NAFE, 4one4 Property Co. proudly took home the
Innovation Award, a national recognition celebrating forward-thinking ideas, fresh approaches and meaningful
progress within the real estate industry.

Held in Melbourne on Thursday, 21 May 2026, the awards brought together standout agencies, agents, property
managers, operations teams, and industry leaders from across Australia and New Zealand, shining a light on the
people and businesses helping move real estate forward.
For the 4one4 team, this award is more than a shiny trophy for the cabinet. It is a proud reminder of something
that has always sat at the heart of the business: the belief that real estate can be done differently.
From embracing new technology and automation, to building in-house media systems, smarter client
communication pathways, digital marketing tools, and creative property campaigns, innovation has long been part
of the 4one4 DNA. Not for the sake of being flashy, but because better systems, better storytelling, and better
service can create a better experience for buyers, sellers, landlords, and tenants.
And while the award was accepted on a national stage, the heart of the win remains proudly Tasmanian.
For nearly two decades, 4one4 Property Co. has grown from its Glenorchy roots into a brand known for
challenging the standard real estate playbook. Whether through creative media work, market reporting,
automation, digital styling, community projects, or property marketing strategies, the focus has remained the
same: helping people move through property with more confidence, clarity, and a little more personality.
The Innovation Award recognises the work of the entire 4one4 crew, from the agents and property managers on
the ground, to the marketing, media, operations and support teams working behind the scenes to make the client
experience smoother, smarter and more memorable.

At the heart of this year’s award-winning innovation was a strong creative collaboration between Aaron Horne,
4one4’s Marketing and Media Team Leader, and Patrick Berry, Director of 4one4 Property Co. Together, they have helped drive ideas that push the envelope, challenge the standard real estate playbook, and continue 4one4’s long-standing reputation for doing things a little differently.

Their shared passion for forward-thinking solutions, clever storytelling, and creating better experiences for clients
has helped shape not only this award-winning project, but the broader culture of innovation that runs through the
4one4 team.
Speaking after the award win, Aaron Horne said the recognition was a proud moment, not only professionally, but personally.
“We’re incredibly proud to be recognised on a national level. I’m really grateful that Pat and Abbey were able to bring myself and my partner Sarah over to Melbourne for the event and be part of such a special night.
Pat and I have always tried to think outside the box and push the envelope with what we do at 4one4. A lot of our ideas probably seemed a little crazy at the start, so it’s amazing to see those ideas grow into something genuinely special.
Now the challenge is figuring out what we follow up with for our next bold idea.”
That mindset has long been part of the 4one4 approach. Innovation has never been about doing things differently for the sake of it. It has been about constantly asking how the experience can be improved, how communication can be clearer, and how real estate can feel more human, creative, and connected.
It is a proud moment for the business, but also a reminder of what comes next.
Because at 4one4, innovation has never really been about arriving at the finish line. It has always been about asking, “How can we do this better?”
And after last night’s national win, that question feels more exciting than ever.
