Damien Hollingsworth Returns to 4one4 in Our 20th Year

Damien Hollingsworth returns to work at 4one4 Property Co.

As 4one4 Property Co celebrates 20 years, we are welcoming back a familiar name in Hobart’s northern suburbs real estate scene: Damien Hollingsworth.

And as 20th birthday presents go, welcoming Damien back to 4one4 is right up there.

Damien returns to 4one4 alongside his Personal Assistant, Connor Bennett, bringing together more than two decades of local real estate experience, a steady client-first approach, and a broad property skill set that includes residential sales, rural sales, property development and land subdivisions.

For us, this is more than just a team announcement.

It is a full-circle moment.

A familiar face returns to 4one4

For those who have been around the Brighton and northern suburbs property scene for a while, Damien will be a familiar name.

Having first started in real estate in 2003, Damien’s connection with 4one4 goes right back to 2006, when he was part of the original 4one4 Brighton team. Now, almost two decades later, he returns to the business in the same year 4one4 celebrates its 20th birthday.

That timing feels pretty special.

Damien’s return brings with it not only years of experience, but also a genuine understanding of the people, properties and communities that make Hobart’s northern suburbs such an important part of the 4one4 story.

A word from Patrick Berry

“Welcoming Damien back feels a bit like a family reunion with someone who’s been living overseas for years.

Like anyone coming home after time away, Damien brings with him a wealth of experience, along with that deep local knowledge and a strong connection to the community he always nurtured so well. It really does feel like a reunion, but also like the perfect fit for the next chapter of what 4one4 is building.”

More than 20 years of Hobart real estate experience

Damien has built his real estate career on something pretty simple: look after people properly, give advice they can actually use and stay focused on the result that matters to them.

It is an approach that has served him well across more than 20 years in the industry.

Across that time, Damien’s experience has stretched well beyond a standard residential sales role. He has worked across residential sales, rural sales, property development and land subdivisions, giving him a broader understanding of property, people and the decisions that sit behind every move.

Whether it is a family home, a rural holding, a development opportunity, or a parcel of land ready for its next chapter, Damien brings practical insight and steady advice to the conversation.

That range of experience matters. Every property comes with its own story, strategy and set of moving parts. For Damien, the goal is always the same: understand the client, understand the property and provide advice that helps people make confident decisions.

When asked about his return to 4one4 Property Co., Damian stressed how it felt really special, especially during the business’s 20th year.

Real estate built on straight advice and genuine service

Known for his calm guidance and refreshingly straightforward style, Damien understands that real estate is rarely just about the property.

It is about people making big decisions.

Selling the family home. Buying the next one. Downsizing. Upsizing. Investing. Starting again. Considering a development opportunity. Looking at land subdivision potential. Making a move that may have been talked about around the kitchen bench for months, sometimes years.

That is where Damien’s experience counts.

He brings a steady hand to the process, helping clients feel informed, supported, and confident from the first conversation through to the final result.

For Damien, good real estate is not about noise. It is about preparation, honest advice, clear strategy and making sure people feel looked after along the way.

Local knowledge that comes from more than market data

Having lived in Hobart’s northern suburbs for most of his life, Damien’s local knowledge comes from more than sales results and suburb statistics.

Long before property campaigns, open homes, and sold stickers, Damien was already working across the local area. Before stepping into real estate, he completed a trade certificate in horticulture and spent time working on local golf courses at Elderslie and Tea Tree, as well as across the Brighton and Southern Midlands municipalities.

That background gives him a practical, on-the-ground connection to the communities, properties, and people he now works with every day.

It also gives him a clear understanding of what makes the area tick, from Brighton and the surrounding northern suburbs through to the broader southern Tasmanian property market.

For sellers, that local insight matters. It helps shape the advice, preparation, pricing, and strategy behind a campaign. For buyers, it means working with someone who understands not just the property, but the lifestyle, location, and community around it.

For landowners, rural property clients, and those considering development or subdivision opportunities, that practical experience adds another layer of value. Damien understands that these decisions often require more than a standard sales conversation. They need considered advice, local understanding and a clear sense of what the next step could look like.

Connor Bennett joins 4one4 on Team Damien

Joining Damien at 4one4 is Connor Bennett, who steps into the role of Personal Assistant and brings his own calm, people-focused energy to the team.

Connor began his real estate journey in 2025 and has quickly developed an appreciation for the moving parts behind every successful property campaign. Working closely with Damien, he helps keep things organised across client communication, campaign support, and the day-to-day details that make the selling process feel smoother for everyone involved.

Before real estate, Connor gained experience across a range of roles, including time as a casino dealer. It might not be the usual pathway into property, but it gave him a pretty handy skill set: staying calm under pressure, reading the room, paying attention to the little details, and connecting with people from all walks of life.

Outside of work, Connor has spent much of his life around the water. Born on the Gold Coast, fishing and water sports have long been part of who he is, and even his work before real estate included hands-on experience in the pool industry. It is a practical background that reflects his willingness to roll up his sleeves, learn quickly, and get involved.

Experience, energy, and a very 4one4 next chapter

Together, Damien and Connor bring a strong mix of experience, energy, and support to 4one4.

Damien brings the local knowledge, strategy, and steady advice that comes from more than two decades in real estate, with experience across residential sales, rural sales, property development, and land subdivisions.

Connor helps keep the process moving behind the scenes, making sure clients feel supported, informed, and looked after along the way.

For us, this is exactly the kind of team dynamic that fits 4one4.

Experienced, but never stuck in the past.

Professional, but still human.

Focused on results, but never forgetting that people are at the centre of every property journey.

As we celebrate 20 years of 4one4, we are also looking ahead to what comes next. Having Damien return to the team, and Connor join him for this next chapter, feels like the perfect mix of history, momentum, and fresh energy.

For sellers across Brighton, Glenorchy, and Hobart’s northern suburbs, Damien and Connor bring a blend of local knowledge, straight advice, and behind-the-scenes support designed to make the process feel clear, organised, and genuinely human.

For clients looking at residential property, rural sales, property development, or land subdivisions, Damien’s experience gives them a trusted local voice to start the conversation with.

Welcome back, Damien!
