Bianca is one of the newest additions to our Property Management team here at 4one4 Property Co., and we are absolutely thrilled to have her on board. With nearly a decade of experience across real estate and trade services, she brings a wealth of industry knowledge, a sharp eye for detail, and a people-first attitude that fits right into the 4one4 way of doing things.
Let us rewind for a moment, because her path here is worth sharing.
From PM to PA to Powerhouse
Bianca’s real estate journey began in 2016, where she jumped into the world of property management. Over the years, she gained hands-on experience, then transitioned into a role as a personal assistant in sales. This gave her a full understanding of the many moving parts behind the scenes.
She later worked in trade services, where she saw property from a different angle—coordinating maintenance and repairs and learning how to handle issues before they become bigger problems. But despite the shift in focus, Bianca found herself missing the day-to-day buzz of real estate and the chance to support people in a more direct way.
That is when she crossed paths with 4one4—and everything just made sense.

Life Outside the Office
Outside of work, Bianca stays just as active and engaged. She is a proud mum to two boys, and says family is everything to her. Whether it is playing together, watching them grow, or simply soaking up time with them, her boys are her greatest motivation. They are the reason she shows up every day with focus and heart.
And when she is not working or wrangling mum life, Bianca laces up the boots and hits the footy field. Yes, you read that right—she plays! Whether she is on the field or on the court for a game of netball, Bianca brings her usual grit, energy, and team spirit. Sport is her outlet and her way of keeping that competitive fire burning strong.
When she finally gets some downtime, she loves to relax with a good series—usually Criminal Minds or Grey’s Anatomy. A perfect mix of mystery, problem-solving, and emotion. Much like a typical day in property management.
