Whilst she’s known to fill the room with smiles and laughter, she also knows when to stay quiet and calm. She’s friendly and fun, but she can be serious and sincere if needed. Long story short, 4one4 Property Co. has earned another flexible member who’s equally eager on her craft and empathetic towards her clients.
Real estate is no stranger to Jenna. She has been helping people complete their property escapades for over 8 years now. But even the most exceptional artwork needs colours to fully see its beauty and Jenna, more than ever, is now ready to add some pastel hues and lively shades to her real estate career.
It’s a great pleasure to welcome another friendly face in the colourful family of 4one4 Property Co., Jenna Pearsall!!!
Before she fell in love with real estate, Jenna’s first love was the dental industry. She worked as a dental nurse for 12 years with one of our current staff members, Marilyn. With a constant keen interest in real estate since then–having bought her first property on her own when she was still young–she decided to take a chance on this passion she has always been eyeing for. Lucky her, the timing was perfect–as the market was just starting to really take off then (guess fortune really favours the bold).
If there’s a thing that sets good real estate agents apart from others, it is their ability to understand and relate to their clients’ stories and situations. The capability to put yourself in the shoes of other people is one of Jenna’s most treasured characteristics as a Sales Consultant. “You need to be able to engage with all sorts of people from first home buyers, second home buyers, and investors,” Jenna said.
“You need to be able to create a connection with your clients. It’s important to gain people’s trust.”
Whilst real estate, in general, is seen as a great industry to be in, it’s not always about rainbows and butterflies. Jenna revealed how misconceptions and stigma about the industry are still circulating around. Hence, she loves to do her work transparently and excellently to prove that there’s more to this industry than meets the eye.
That might sound a bit of a challenge, but Jenna sees it as an avenue to show her utmost potential whilst she learns along the process. If there’s a thing that challenges her most, it’s the fact that all people have different stories to tell. Purchasing or selling a property isn’t always due to happy reasons and goals. Sometimes, it could be otherwise.
“It could be a family that has outgrown their first home and needed to upgrade for their second home that’s bigger and better. But sometimes, it’s because a couple has split up or a family member has died.”
On the other side of the fence, achieving a sale price that seems unachievable fulfils her the most. It amazes her how an opportunity could open a lot of other opportunities that even her clients never thought could be possible. Not only that but also witnessing her clients walk into a property and eventually fall in love feels satisfying on her end.
When she’s not working, you’d most probably see Jenna spending time with her family, or participating at the local Claremont RSL. She loves hanging out with her daughter, who is her favourite person (or broke best friend); she also loves her cat (Wayne!!!). Speaking of cats, her life-long goal, when she retires, is to breed British Short-hair cats–just like Wayne (that’s an interesting fun fact!).
Aside from her near and dear family, Jenna also likes to socialise and have a good time with her partner and huge network of friends, who’d perhaps describe her as funny, loyal, and a straight shooter. She’s currently dabbling in some fundraising as well and another fun fact about Jenna: she hates exercising–no ifs, no buts–the closest park to the door is paramount!!!
Furthermore, Jenna is looking forward to continuing her career while she grows both personally and professionally. She admits she’s used to the traditional method of real estate, but she’s open and excited to adapt to a more modern and technology-focused environment.
The 4one4 Property Co. family can’t wait to smash some goals with Jenna–all whilst we make brand new memories worth looking back on in the future.
