Whether it be achieving internal targets she has set for herself or surpassing office records, there seems to be nothing that can stop our BDM Boss, Jo Strange! Here comes yet another milestone for our Superstar!!! 

It is with great pleasure and pride to officially announce that our superstar Business Development Manager (BDM), Joanne “Jo” Strange, has been named one of the finalists in the prestigious 2023 Real Estate Business (REB) Awards under the Business Development Manager of the Year category for Property Management. 

As the award’s name suggests, the Real Estate Business Awards (REB) is an annual unparalleled awards programme that honours the best of the best in the real estate business. It celebrates offices, agents, and staff for their unwavering commitment to the Australian real estate industry. 

Returning for its 11th year, the 2023 REB Awards features twenty (20) categories for individuals, groups, and corporations covering different facets of real estate within sales and property management. 

Our team is extremely pleased and absolutely privileged to have Jo on board with us for nearly 2 years now. With over 12 years of experience in the industry, she has already etched a mark in the Property Management and Business Development lane. Currently, Jo ensures a seamless connection between 4one4 Property Co.’s Sales and Property Management in order to assist investors in realising their full potential. Like Patrick and Abbey, we have all our fingers crossed until the big night. Jo, herself, will be gracing the awards ceremony happening this 4th of May at The Star, Sydney. The black-tie gala event will highlight the breadth of skill of the country’s top real estate professionals and firms while reiterating the sector’s critical role in fostering Australia’s growth. The 2023 REB Awards will officially start by 7:00 PM AEST but the welcome reception will open at 6:30 PM.
